The Bremshey door bar is a small allrounder. The Bremshey multifunctional door bar allows to accomplish a lot of exercises for your abdominal muscles as well as strengthening arm and back muscles. Chin-ups, dips to exercise the triceps or sit-ups for stronger abdominal muscles are made possible on the Bremshey multifunctional door bar due to different grip possibilities. Even push-ups can be accomplished with the Bremshey multifunctional door bar in a comfortable and efficient way.

In contrast to other models, the multifunctional chin-up bar is not mounted in a door frame but just clamped below or on top of the frame. The Multifunctional door bar is ideal for door frames with a width of 70 cm to 78 cm and a depth of 1 cm to 16 cm. No drilling or screwing !

Tip: When the proper weight is not sufficient for workout, additional weights like i.e. the Taurus weighted vest can be used for reaching a higher training effect.
