The crosstrainer Octance Q37e has a very deep and easy entry. The foot rests almost at ground level are easy to reach from behind. This also offers older people and persons with interferences in mobilityn an easy entry to the device. The SoftGrip pedals stand for an excellent comfort and increase the traction power of the leg motion - for an even more efficient workout. Having a step length of up to 52cm and a pedal distance of less than 4,6cm, an authentic running motion is simulated. This running motion is supported by the innovative handrails. Traditional crosstrainers have a parallel arm motion - it is different regarding the Octance Q37e. Here, the arms are lead forwards (in diagonal direction). Soft and fluent motions - similar to going, walking or jogging - are simulated close to reality. The deep axial point of the handrails supports this natural arm motion. The MultiGrip grips offer numerous possibilities for holding the grips and minimize the symptoms of fatigue of the shoulder and arm muscles.

Besides the innovative motion, the crosstrainer Octance Q37e convinces by the composition of the workout programs. Therefore, the intensive program ArmBlaster individually adjusts the resistance levels and the number of repetitions for different workout sessions. The X-Mode+ workout program leads automatically through different tasks - similar to circuit training.
