- ergo_bike coaching optimizes your training in a simple, interesting and extremely succesful way!
- You can choose one of the four possible training goals in advance: cardiovascular training, weight/fat reduction, endurance training or muscle buildup.
- The computer in the dashboard generates and monitors an optimal training plan for the user based on the BMI, weight, body fat content, resting heart rate, heart rate when exercising, etc., as well as an individual fitness test.
- The training plan is continually updated based on the automatic supervision of the training results, which ensures optimal and succesful training.
- Coaching means: "Set your training objective and start training". Everything else will be individually adapted to the user by the computer.

Powerful dashboard:
