The First Degree Fitness rowing machine can be loaded up to 180 kg and is durable even for regular, intensive workout sessions. The basic resistance is adjustable in 20 levels. Of course, you can additionally vary the resistance by yourselves by the intensity of strokes.

Besides the harmonic, natural rowing motion, the ergonomic saddle of the First Degree Fitness Fluid Rower 520 provides a comfortable workout. The Fluid Rower is equipped with a silent belt drive. The workout computer is easy to use and informs about important data like stroke frequency, distance, etc. while exercising. The heart rate can also be shown on the display of the First Degree Fitness Fluid Rower 520 - for an effective workout. The pulse is measured by an optionally available chest strap.
