Horizon Fitness ergometers allow a joint-gentle fitness workout at home - no matter what the weather !

The stress on kneew is much less for exercising with an ergometer than, i.e., jogging. Ergometers can be found in many private fitness rooms, because ergometers allow to exercise independently of the weather at home.

All Horizon ergometers are equiped with at least 6 (partially pulse-controlled) training programs and an easy-to-use console. A very back-gentle ergometer workout is offered by the Horizon recumbent ergometer Elite R308. This ergometer combines a recumbent training position whereas thigh and bottom muscles are more demanded than for conventional ergometers. Besides relieving the back, Horizon-Fitness ergometers have a low entrance for an easy access.
