Horizon recumbent ergometer Elite R308

The Horizon Elite R308 recumbent ergometer has a console with five display windows for permanent display including LED-window for illustration of the program course. It is excellently processed of a chrome frame. The 8 programs can be controlled by direct dialling buttons and contain a pulse controlled, a watt controlled and a user program. The resistance of the Horizon Elite R308 recumbent ergometer is comfortably adjustable using the 20 direct dialling buttons. The heart rate frequency is shown by means of hand pulse sensors or by means of built-in receiver with optional chest strap transmitter.

Recumbent ergometers as for instance the Horizon Elite R308 combine a recumbent training position with an especially back-gentle cardio training. Thigh and gluteal muscles are much more used as in contrast to traditional home trainers. A deep entrance ensures to easily enter and step out.
