The weight bench special offer set for getting started immediately: Comprising of one Kettler Delta weight bench incl. Biceps-Curlpult, two (!) dumbbell sets at 10 kg each, one 165cm barbell bar and a variety of weights, it is ideal for a varied and effective strength training at home.

The versatile and upgradeable Kettler Delta SELECTION weight bench, being the successor of the Kettler Delta 100 weight bench, allows to perform a strength workout like the pros which is rich in variety. An innovative adjustment system (application for utility models) allows to turn the flat bench into an incline bench with one simple operation: The distance to the barbell decreases automatically as the incline increases so that the bench is in the ideal exercise position automatically.
The bench press can be turned into a squat station simply by turning the dumbbell rests.
