The Kettler Door bar offers an easy workout for arm and abdominal muscles and strengthening of back muscles. Just few exercises on the chin-up bar Kettler Door bar allow a vast torso workout at home.

The Kettler Door bar in white can be easily assembled. The chin-up bar is clamped between the door frame. The friction-resistant rubber-padding on both edges of the Kettler Door bars provides stability. Drilling is only necessary when there is a very high load - or if the bar is assembled in wooden door frames.
