LeMond's G-Force Digital is a top-class recumbent bike. Former cycling pro Greg LeMond and his team put great emphasis on detail during the development process. Thus they have designed an exercise bike which provides everything necessary for a successful and motivating workout.
The new LeMond G-Force RT Digital is the only ergometer on the market with an angle adjustable backrest. The latching unit consisting of the backrest which is upholstered with breathable net material and the comfortable and well padded seat, which is 5-step adjustable, facilitates a varied training programme. Hence the strain put on leg, stomach and gluteal musculature can be controlled optimally and a comfortable, tension free seat position set. This makes the workout more effective and the user can keep going for longer.
The resistance can be changed manually or the user can choose between 13 programmes - hill, intervall, heart rate and watts controlled training, etc. The LeMond Ergometer G-Force RT Digital's special feature is its collection of six programs for the improvement of endurance and maximal strength developed by Greg LeMond. These derive from the Tour-de-France winner's long-standing experience.
The new LeMond G-Force RT Digital's information transfer between cockpit, circuit board and brake is digital. As a result the brake reacts quicker and gives the cockpit feedback regarding the current braking action via wattmeter. This leads to better programme control and the quicker response to changes. The LeMond G-Force RT Digital ergometer not only lets you record exercise data and save it on the LeMond Fitness USB stick (not included in delivery) . Afterwards the information can be analysed exactly and evaluated using the accompanying, clever WKO Lite software. Graphics from relevant parameters such as heart rate, cadence, speed, watts etc., as well as various exercise plans and personal data trends are available for evaluation.
