An ergonomic, elliptical motion is achieved by the stride length of 50.8 cm of the Life Fitness crosstrainer. The interplay of both aspects guarantees a joint-gentle workout with natural course of motion.

Like the X1, the LifeFitness crosstrainer X3 Go is also equipped with big treads (41 x 18 cm) with anti-slip surface. The treads of the LifeFitness crosstrainer X3 are padded for a very comfortable training feeling. In contrast to the Lifefitness X1, the LifeFitness crosstrainer X3 Go is equipped with plastic covers, which protect the joints against sweat and dirt.
