Compared to the models X1 and X3, the Life Fitness X5 is also equipped with ar PedalFlex absorption in treads, providing a joint-gentle workout. Another advantage of the LifeFitness X5 is the SelectStride technology for manual infinitely variable adjustment of stride length between 46 and 61 cm. Persons of differen heights can adapt perfectly the LifeFitness crosstrainer X5 Track to their stride length. In addition, exercising different muscle groups is also made possible.

The LifeFitness crosstrainer X5 Track is equipped with 14 varied programs for long-lasting motivation. 5 of these programs are pulse controlled and adapt to your fitness level for a very effective workout. The heart rate is measured with hand pulse sensors of the Life-Fitness X5 crosstrainer or the provided chest strap. The Coach Zone function presents helpful training tips and offers a special workout of gluteal and arm muscles.
