Thanks to the approved FlexDeck™ absorption system, you exercise very joint-gently with the LifeFitness treadmill Integrity. The Ergo™ bars are easy to grasp and offer comfort during the workout. User-friendliness is also a feature of the cockpit of the LifeFitness treadmill Integrity: the console can be intuitively used. Amber-coloured LEDs of the LifeFitness treadmill Integrity inform about your training data, as i.e. distance, time, calories consumption, speed, etc.

Offering 28 programs, the LifeFitness treadmill Integrity has a great selection of varieties for the daily workout. The selection includes 5 heart rate controlled programs, so that the workout is adapted to your goals as i.e. stamina workout, fat burning, etc. The pulse is measured either by integrated Lifepulse™ hand sensors or an optionally available chest strap on the LifeFitness treadmill Integrity.

While exercising, the LifeFitness treadmill is equiped with an interface for most iPod® models for an additional motivation. (Compatible models in the notes). The workout is more motivating with your favourite music !

The Auto Alert™ system informs about all necessary maintenances in time and records realized maintenances with date.
