19 preset programmes will make absolutely anyone sweat. The heart rate is determined via integrated hand sensors or a chest strap. As soon as one of the interactive Heart Rate Zone exercises has been chosen, the Lifefitness Club Series ergometer determines the heart rate and automatically adjusts the resistance. On top of the reknown heart rate programmes Fat Burn and Cardio, the ergometer features three more programmes: Heart Rate Hill, Heart Rate Interval, Extreme Heart Rate. All the information is shown on the straightforward LED display.
