The X1 2009 model of LifeFitness comes in a new grey-silver design and presents imaginative innovations. The basic optimization relates to mechanics of the crosstrainer Lifefitness X1. The new X1 model of LifeFitness now includes high quality ball bearings (WhisperStride™ Technology) instead of traditional insert nuts. Those ball bearings are attached to all articulations of the crosstrainer LifeFitness X1. This improves the quality of motion even more. At the same time, the pedal distance has been reduced for offering an even smoother training feeling. Thanks to the low pedal height of approximately 17 cm, the crosstrainer LifeFitness X1can be assembled almost in each room.

The new model X1 can be combined with the basic or the advanced console. The advanced console has additional heart rate controlled training programs and further functions in contrast to the basic console.
