Furthermore, the Nordic Track treadmill T12 si features an excellent cushioning system, which allows for individual adjustment of the level of cushioning: Running on asphalt, sand or forest terrain can be ideally simulated at home. In addition, the cushioning system of the Nordic Track Treadmill T12can be individually adjusted to body weight of the user to provide constant training that is easy on the joints.
Thanks to the integrated iFIT.com interface of the Nordic Track TreadmillT12 si, the user has acces to an unlimited number motivating training programs via separately available Nordic Track iFIT Cards. A demo version is already included.
