The Polar FS3c is an easy-to-use heart rate monitor for beginners. It displays heart rate and training time during the workout. After each training unit, you can check your average heart rate and the total training time. The receiver as well as the chest strap of the Polar FS3c stand out through their light and flat design and they are hardly noticeable during training.

With the Polar FS3c Heart Rate Monitor, you can assure that you are training with the optimal intensity and therefore reach your training goals. You can adjust your individual heart rate target zone according to your personal training goals. The target zone alarm warns you when leaving the target zone. That gives you continuous feedback without having to interrupt your workout. Suitable for all athletic activities, from walking to running, but also for swimming, cycling or running.

Chest strap electrode cream for better heart rate measurement.
Improve precision of pulse measurement with a chest strap by means of viscous, thermo-stable chest strap electrode cream. Electrodes of a pulse monitor need humidity for offering optimal results while measuring heart rate. The chest strap electrode cream guarantees constant humidity and has a very great conductivity, so that heart rate measurement gets very precise. The body-own humidity, i.e. sweat, is subject to deviations and therefore not 100 % precise.
