The Sport-Tiedje floor mat set is not only ideal for putting underneath weight benches, ab trainers and back trainers - it is also ideal for weight lifting exercises, boxing exercises and many other fields of application.

The Sport-Tiedje floor mat set can be layed in a customised way due to its multi-sided interlocking system. The coming apart of the mats is prevented in a reliable way. Noises are absorbed well by the mats' solid material.
