The Treadmill LifeFitness Club Series CST is an extremely robust treadmill which is ideal for an ambitious workout at home thanks to workmanship and equipment. The massive steel frame of the Life Fitness treadmill resists weight loads of up to 180 kg. The robust construction guarantees durability even for often and intensive use in your fitness room.

Thanks to a powerful 4 HP motor, the Treadmill LifeFitness Club Series CST has an extremely constant run even for high speeds. Furthermore, the treadmill Life Fitness has a very large running surface of 51 cm x 152, so that a high training comfort is guaranteed even for wide strides. The patented Flex-Deck™-absorption system of the CST of LifeFitness is also very comfortable and joint-gentle.

The incline of the Treadmill LifeFitness Club Series CST can be adjusted between 0-15% and speed varies from 0.8-19 km/h - thereby, you can adapt the workout to your individual training goals. Furthermore, 22 training programs and 7 fitness tests provide long-lasting fun. Five of those programs are pulse controlled, so that the workout is automatically adjusted to your goals as i.e. fat burning or stamina training. Heart rate can be measured by integrated hand pulse sensors of the Treadmill LifeFitness Club Series CST or by an optionally available chest strap.

More motivation with music: You can connect your iPod® to the Treadmill LifeFitness Club Series CST and liven up your workout with your favorite music. The iPod® can be comfortably operated on the modern console of the LifeFitness treadmill. There, your training data as i.e. calorie consumption, covered distance, and time, incline, speed, and your pulse are always clearly indicated on the Treadmill LifeFitness Club Series CST while exercising.
