Vibration training was originally developed in the 60s.The Russian aerospace industry came up with this technology in order to prevent muscle and bone density atrophy during longer stays in space.
Meanwhile vibration training is used more and more in sports and heath facilities as well as the home. Vibration training is an excellent addition to cardiovascular and weight training - it enhances muscle strength, coordination, blood flow, bone density and fat metabolism.
