The vibration workout - well-known of the space research - gets more and more popular in fitness, wellness and rehabilitation. Reebok offers a professional quality equipment which meets all requirements -the vibration plate V 7.1. Thanks to several features it provides individual uses. The detachable training computer cleary shows all important training data. It can be used as remote control and has a smooth-running control panel. The dual motor system provides a frequency range of 35Hz - the amplitude of the vibration plate V 7.1 is in the LOW-range (2-4mm) and in the HIGH-range (4-6mm). Besides the computer, there are also detachable anti-slide coated handholds. This allows an extension of the exercise variety. The robust ground plate made of steel ensures a secure stability.

A training dvd and a workout poster show several exercises and give useful advices.
