The chest press has ergonomically shaped handles. The arms are angle adjustable. The piece of equipment has a leg curl attachment at the front. The leg press has a further latissimus option for training the arm, leg, chest and back muscles. The free cable pulley is multiply height adjustable and can be used with various bars and straps. The resistance's effect can be easily influenced and it is easy to control.
