We, the Sport-Tiedje GmbH, Flensburger Str. 55, 24837 Schleswig, take the protection of your personal data very seriously and strictly abide to the regulations of the data protection laws. Personal data is raised on this web page only to the technically necessary extent. The disclosure of information to third parties only takes place when and if imperative to the implementation of the contract or billing purposes. In no case the raised data is sold on. Despite thorough content control, we do not assume liability for the content of external links.

The following statement will give you a review of the way in which we guarantee this protection and which kind of data is raised for which purpose.

1. Data Acquisition on our Web Page

   Each access to our web page and each retrieval of a file deposited on our web page are logged. The storage of data transmitted by the browser serves statistical purposes only.

   Any stored data contains date and time of the server request, name of the called file, browser type/version, the operating system used, host name of the accessing computer (IP address) and the referrer URL (last visited site). Sport-Tiedje are not able to assign this information to specific individuals. The consolidation with other data sources does not take place.

   Further personal data is only gathered on a voluntary basis on your behalf, i.e. within the framework of an order, a guestbook entry or an order.

2. Cookies

   The web pages use so-called cookies. Cookies are small files of textual data sent to your computer and stored by the browser. The cookies do not damage the computer and do not contain viruses.

   No security-relevant data is stored in our cookies. They facilitate certain features which enable us to design our range in a more userfriendly, effective and safe way.

3. Newsletter

   If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on our site we require a valid email address, any further information is given voluntarily and serves statistical purposes only. Your consent to the storing of the data, your email address as well as their use for forwarding the newsletter can be cancelled any time.

4. The Use and Disclosure of Personal Data

   If you have provided us with any personal data we will only use this in order to answer your queries, process any agreements concluded with us and for internal evaluation.

   The disclosure of personal data to third parties only takes place when and if imperative to the implementation of the contract or billing purposes. The deletion of stored personal data takes place if you cancel your consent, your information is no longer required in order to achieve the objective pursued when the data was stored or the storage of your data is illegitimate for miscellaneous legal reasons.

5. Right of Access to Personal Data

   You have the right to receive information regarding your stored personal data at any time, their source and recipients as well as purpose of storing the data. On written or email request Sport-Tiedje's data secruity engineer will happily give you information about your stored personal data.

   We protect your personal data from the access by third parties using technical and organisational measures. When communicating via email we cannot ensure complete data security, hence we would advise enclosing any confidential information by mail.

6. Further Information

   Your trust is of upmost importance to us. Thus we would like to justify ourselves to you with regard to the processing of your personal data.
