Meanwhile vibration training is used more and more in sports and heath facilities as well as the home. i-shape TVR-8500 Vibration Plate

i-shape have brought together all technologies essential for an easy but at the same time effective vibration training for the first time; the result ? the TVR-8500 vibration plate. One special feature is the frame with its ropes. The user can hold on to these and assume diverse (static) positons. As the 200W platform also generates vibrations and passes these on to the ropes, the vibrations not only reach the leg muscles but also the trunk and upper body muscles.
