Skipping Ropes

Seilspringen ist ein umfassendes Ganzkörpertraining, dass sowohl zur Steigerung der Ausdauer als auch zur Verbesserung der Koordination ideal geeignet ist. Das Training mit einem Springseil spricht Arme, Beine, Schultern und die Rumpfmuskulatur effektiv an. Was einst im Boxsport bekannt geworden ist, hat sich in den letzten Jahren auch immer mehr im Fitnessbereich etabliert.

Sport-Tiedje führt Springseile zahlreicher namenhafter Hersteller, wie Everlast, Kettler, Taurus Boxing, Excellerator, U.N.O, Reebok, Sportsworld, B.S&T oder Hock. Dabei unterscheiden sich Springseile sowohl im Material, im Gewicht und in der Form der Griffe sowie im Material des eigentlichen Seils. Kugellager sorgen für gleichmäßige Schwungeigenschaften, schwerere Griffe geben einen zusätzlichen Trainingseffekt. Einige Springseile verfügen zudem über ein im Griff integriertes Display, welches die Schlagzahl, die Trainingszeit und den Kalorienverbrauch anzeigen kann.

Die richtige Länge eines Springseils ermitteln Sie, wenn Sie mit beiden Füßen auf der Mitte des Seils stehen. Idealerweise sollten die Seilenden dann bis unter die Achseln reichen.
