Lifefitness Crosstrainer X8 Advanced

The Lifefitness crosstrainer X8 with Advanced console is an elliptical of the latest generation. Most modern technologies and elements of highest quality are combined in the Lifefitness crosstrainer X8.

Thanks to the WhisperStride™ technology, the Lifefitness crosstrainer X8 Advanced has especially ball-bearing joints. Those offer a motion sequence almost silent. Moreover, a patented elliptical motion system produces a very natural and matchless running motion. his motion is supported by a minimal pedal distance of just 4,5cm. The high quality Advanced-console is also a convincing feature - as all the equipment of Lifefitness. There are 10 workout programs, two freely programmable workouts and a unique adjustment possibility which render the workout on the Lifefitness crosstrainer X8 Advanced a real experience. The Activity Zone allows an easy adjustment of stride length and resistance at the push of button. These ones and also several other adjustments are graphically shown on the LCD display. Furthermore, the display shows the currently exercised muscle group and secures a perfect workout control in that way. Besides the traditional workout programs, the Lifefitness crosstrainer X8 with Advanced console also has an innovative LegSculpter™ program. The special workout mode changes automatically every two minutes the stride length by some centimetres and demands, thereby, different muscle groups in a precise way. The heart rate can be mesured by hand puls sensors or by a chest strap.
