Tanita body fat scale RD-545
Basically an excellent scale. Well made and a lot of different measurements.
I have some problems with the bluetooth connection. Sometimes the scale seems to drop the connection to the phone. Works better very close. I often have to repeat the measurement.

Garmin sport watch fenix 5
One of the top multisports watch from Garmin. Bought the sapphire edition. This product came with an extra band which is quite useful as you can quickly switch to a different band depending on the purpose. Inbuilt optical heart rate sensor is also working quite well. Unfortunately for swimming you have to use a chest based heart rate monitor but that is fine. Overall quite satisfied with the product.

Suunto Ambit 3 PEAK
Absolutely great product. You can do everything you can imagine by building your own apps if it is needed. Quality standarts similar to Mac products (not the cheap quality of garmin fenix). Just go for the peak model and HR, it is the best deal you can find right now. I bought that model because I am not just a runner or triathlete but wanted the best performance even when exploring a mountain. I do not think there is any competitor of the same quality. Suunto simple works when others can't and have more complicated devices.

Suunto GPS outdoor watch Traverse
This watch far exceeds my expectations, and whilst technically it is not a smart watch its is considerably 'smarter' than my Apple watch which I have now replaed with this Suunto Traverse.
For someone who walks, hikes, cycles and visits the Gym this is perfect for providing all of the outputs and metrics needed.
The GPS/GNSS capability is super quick and obtains a satellite connection almost immediately once outside.
With normal usage plus one visit to the gym and three walks varying from three miles to 8 miles plus getting familiar with the menu the battery lasted seven days....incredible! Even then it still had 28% charge.
It is very comfortable to wear, robust but a light feel despite my small wrists. This is a very high quality product, versatile and extremely functional, great for everyday wear and outdoor activities. It is waterproof and even has a variable backlight for map reading.

This Whey powder:
Uses water to make the shake - reducing the fat levels.
Mixes well, without lots of lumps - on occasion, I have found a few small lumps which can be eliminated by sieving the final shake through a tea strainer when pouring it into a glass.
I have found the following to be the best method of preparing the shakes with a liquidizer:
Put the powder into the liquidizer.
Add the water and an ice cube - the ice cube seems to make the shake more creamy.
Mix for 10 to 20 seconds.
Generally very happy with the product.
