The comfortable seat of the workout equipment together with the backrest with breathable netting provides optimal conditions for horizontal workout units. In that position, the thigh muscles are worked out in particular, which burns a lot of calories. With the Matrix recumbent ergometer R50 XER, you can also lie relaxed during the workout and control the workout intensity through the actuating levers on the seat.Extraordinary design with an attractive look
Equipped with the dual-form double frame, the recumbent ergometer is very sturdy and also has a great look. At the same time, the workout equipment provides a particularly low entry that facilitates access for you regardless of your age and condition. Centred on the frame is the saddle, which can be horizontally adjusted. Even the backrest can be adjusted forwards or backwards through the easy-adjust lever, so that the distance to the pedals can be individually adjusted. By means of the induction brake, up to 30 different resistance levels can be set.With the XER console, any unit is fun!
The 20 inch touchscreen display provides numerous workout data like the time passed, the target time, current time, speed, heart rate, calories consumed, watts, and many other data in a clear format. In addition, you can choose from 12 different workout programmes with which you can effectively reach workout goals.
