The NOHRD wall bars beech is available in two versions: with 10 or 14 steps. The NOHrD wall bars has a foldout bar to do chin ups. The NOHRD wall bars beech is also suitable for stretching and gym exercises.

The NOHRD wall bars beech can be optimally combined with separately available accessories: physio bands or tubes for a number of exercises to increase strength and mobility as well as flexibility on the NOHrD wall bars. Transform your wall bars into a little multi-gym with the optional incline bench or the multi adapter.

Ein geniales und vielseitiges Fitnessgerät zum Trainieren für zu Hause. Wer keinen Platz hat, kann es als Schmuckstück im Wohnzimmer integrieren. Sehr stabil, hochwertig und vielseitig einsetzbar. Wir hängen uns mindestens 1-2x am Tag daran aus. Viele Trainingsübungen findet man bei YT. Der Zusammenbau ist einfach und sehr gut erklärt. Klare Kaufempfehlung!

Gute Sprossenwand man kann sie wirklich vielseitig verwenden, gehört einfach in jeden Fitnessraum. Ist einfach zu montieren und brauch wenig Platz.
