The Peloton app gives you access to a varied range of courses. From classic indoor cycling to strength training and yoga courses, everything is included. The range of courses is constantly being expanded, meaning you can always take on new challenges. The live courses are particularly motivating, as is the million-strong community, which provides you with virtual support for every training session.

High-resolution 22-inch HD touchscreen

The Peloton Bike has a high-resolution 22-inch HD touchscreen, meaning you can always keep an eye on your personal training data such as speed, resistance and power. This means you can easily track your progress or train towards a personal goal and continue to make progress with every workout. Integrated speakers add to your training experience and motivate you further.

Space-saving and particularly quiet

The Peloton Bike is particularly compact and space-saving, meaning you can easily train in smaller living spaces and warm up and exercise next to the Bike on the mat. The flywheel and pedals move continuously, meaning the Peloton bike is virtually silent.

Individual customisation

You decide how hard you want to pedal and can adjust the resistance manually using the rotary knob. At the same time, the resistance values recommended by the trainers are displayed on the screen. You can then use these as a guide during training. The saddle, handlebars and touchscreen can also be adjusted to adapt the bike perfectly to your height and needs.

Also available: the Bike+

The Peloton Bike+ offers you all the functions that you can also use on the Bike. Another feature of the Bike+ is that the 24-inch HD touchscreen can be rotated 360 degrees, meaning you can complete yoga or strength workouts on the mat next to the device. Another highlight is the auto-follow function, which automatically sets the resistance recommended by the trainer.

The treadmill for even more variety

The Peloton Tread is just the thing for anyone who doesn't (just) want to ride a bike. Choose from a variety of running courses or scenic runs and always keep an eye on your training data on the 24-inch display. The running surface offers sufficient space and optimum running comfort. The speed and incline can be easily adjusted using infinitely variable control dials.

One bike, countless training options

With the Peloton Bike you can try out a variety of courses that are constantly being developed and optimised. You can also warm up on the mat or add variety with yoga or strength courses. In the Peloton app you will find a huge selection of different courses and trainers, which are available live or on demand at any time. It all comes down to the right shoes

For an optimal riding experience, the Peloton Bike is supplied with LOOK Delta Cleats. These can be attached to any cycling shoe with a 3-bolt hole. However, if you prefer to train with sports shoes, we recommend fitting toe clips. Alternatively, you can attach your own pedals to the bike; they simply need to fit into a standard 9/16-inch pedal thread. You are welcome to take a look at the Peloton Bike in one of our numerous Sport-Tiedje branches and test it directly on site.

These functions can be beneficial for users who want a high-quality and personalised training experience. The screen of the Bike+ can also be rotated, meaning you can take part in Peloton yoga courses, for example. The Peloton Tread is Peloton's treadmill and, like the bikes, offers a huge monitor which you can use to view thousands of workouts.
