A large stride length is an important factor while purchasing a crosstrainer. The EX90 Plus offers an especially large stride length in a compact package. This is made possible through the construction of the swinging pedals. The frame is made from steel tubing and is extremely stable. But the EX90 Plus can still be easily moved: the center of mass is cleverly laid and the crosstrainer is built with transport wheels.

Während unserer Recherche im Internet über Crosstrainer sind wir auf Sport-Tiedje in Leipzig gestoßen. Nach der freundlichen und kompetenten Beratung im Ladengeschäft ist uns die Entscheidung für den EX90-PLUS leicht gefallen. Der Preis hat uns zunächst etwas abgeschreckt, aber man bekommt dafür ein grundsolides Gerät, welches einen sehr angenehmen und geräuscharmen Bewegungsablauf bietet. Die verschiedenen Griffpositionen und die stufenlose Schrittlängenverstellung sorgen für Abwechslung und Spaß beim Training.... [Read more]

Unser Trainer wurde nun vor zwei Wochen geliefert. Die Lieferung hat recht lange gedauert, wurde aber bereits bei der Bestellung angekündigt. Von daher ok. Wir haben die Komfortlieferung mitbestellt, kann ich nur empfehlen. Terminabstimmung mit den beiden Monteure war sehr gut, sie waren pünktlich, freundlich, haben zügig aufgebaut und sehr sauber gearbeitet. War perfekt. Von hier aus ein großes Lob. Alleine der enorme Berg an Verpackungsmaterial. Der wurde ja auch gleich mitgenommen. Zum Gerät: Ich bin begeistert. Das Laufen fühlt sich an wie Schweben. Komplett runder Lauf. Keine Ecken, Stöße, läuft ganz weich. Dazu ist das Gerät so richtig massiv gebaut. Nichts wackelt oder verzieht sich beim Laufen. Kein Quietschen oder Knarzen. Die Verstellung der Kraft erfolgt sanft und mit den 16 Stufen lässt sich gut dosieren. Zur Verstellung der Schrittlänge wurde mir empfohlen, diese nur im unbelasteten Zustand vorzunehmen, erhöht die Haltbarkeit. Und ich möchte das Teil viele Jahre nutzen. Wir haben uns gezielt für diese Version entschieden und gegen die Touch-Variante, da ich hier mit einer deutlich längeren Haltbarkeit rechne. Für mich ist das Touchdisplay ein fest verbautes Tablet und das ist nach z.B. 6 Jahren ein altes Tablet ... mit allen Folgen. Also ich kann diesen Trainer nur empfehlen. Bei der Suche nach einem solchen Trainer haben wir preislich auch deutlich darunter angefangen. Bin sehr froh darüber, für etwas richtig Gutes mehr investiert zu haben. Das Teil macht Spaß. Die Entscheidung war genau richtig. Ja, ist richtig viel Geld, wird jetzt aber auch ausgiebig genutzt. Wir sind zu viert in der Familie und der Trainer ist fast täglich im Einsatz.... [Read more]

Wir haben wirklich sehr lange gesucht und getestet. Als frühere langjährige "Fitnesscenter"- Mitglieder und auch als Aktivurlauber waren wir oft auch "Tester" von diversen "Profigeräten". Nun wollten wir nun endlich unser eigenes Gerät für zu Hause haben. Hier in Bremen wurden wir äußerst kompetent, freundlich und geduldig beraten und besitzen nun den EX90Plus -> wirklich klasse und sehr zu empfehlen, denn das ist Profiqualität zur langen und intensiven Nutzung. Der CrossTrainer steht sehr stabil, die Trainingsmöglichkeiten sind sehr gut (einstellbare Schrittlängen!) und die diversen Griffvarianten sind sehr ergonomisch. Habe mir den cardiostrong Crosstrainer EX90 PLUS im November gekauft und bin mit der termingerechten Lieferung, dem perfekten Aufbauservice und dem Crosstrainer selbst äußerst zufrieden. Das Gerät läuft sehr geräuscharm. Durch die stufenlose Einstellmöglichkeit und den umfassenden bereits vorhandenen Programmen sehr angenehm. Das Gerät macht seit Beginn meiner Nutzung sehr viel Spaß.

Wir haben den Cardiostrong EX90 plus nach den Erfahrungsberichten hier im Netz online bestellt, seit ca. 3 Wochen in Betrieb und sind sehr zufrieden. Besonders gut gefällt uns die unkomplizierte Bedienung, die Robustheit des Gerätes und die geringe Lautstärke. Die Bewegungsabläufe sind angenehm und die Schrittlängen komfortabel einzustellen. Die Programme erlauben ein abwechslungsreiches Training. Der Brustgurt zur Pulsmessung funktioniert sehr gut. Leichte Geräusche sind während des Trainings festzustellen, jedoch nicht störend. Beim Zusammenbau gab es Schwierigkeiten, mit einigen Bolzen, deren Schäfte ebenfalls lackiert worden sind.Die dünne Lackschicht hat den Zusammenbau erschwert, so dass wir letztendlich den Lack von den Bolzen abgeschliffen haben. Als Verbesserungsvorschlag sollte der Schaft der Bolzen daher nicht lackiert werden. Ansonsten war der Aufbau sehr gut durchführbar. Abschließend eine eindeutige Empfehlung für das Gerät, wenn man bereit ist entsprechend zu investieren.... [Read more]

Wir haben uns den EX90 Plus zuerst im Internet und danach im Laden angeschaut und Probe gelaufen. Wir waren von der massiven Ausführung und dem geringen Platzbedarf von Anfang an begeistert. Vorher nutzten wir einen Horizon Andes Ellipsentrainer. Die Lieferung erfolgte per DHL, wichtig zu wissen, der EX90 Plus wird liegend angeliefert, also ein Paket das nicht gerade handlich ist und Aufgrund der Abmessungen nicht durch Türen passt (1,41x1,15m), also vor der Lieferung gucken, dass ein entsprechender Ort für die Zwischenlagerung vorhanden ist. Der Aufbau erfolgt mit der Anleitung und dem strukturierten Hilfsmittel von leichter Hand, Respekt und Hochachtung, an den der sich dies ausgedacht und auch durchsetzen konnte, fünf Sterne dafür, da könnte sich IKEA mal ein Vorbild dran nehmen. Sobald Schritt 1 bis 3 der Aufbauanleitung erfolgt ist, kann der EX90 Plus an den Ort gebracht werden, an dem er Final stehen soll, dann kann er mit den Rollen geschoben werden und passt durch Türen mit einer Breite ab 70cm. Die massive Bauweise sorgt dafür, dass der Crosstrainer stabil steht und beim Training stabil bleibt, sorgt aber auch dafür, dass er ein beachtliches Gewicht hat, 130kg sind nicht wenig, so muss bei dem Transport des bis Schritt 3 vormontierten Gerätes auf entsprechende Transportmöglichkeiten, insbesondere für das Überwinden von Treppen, geachtet werden. Vormontiert wiegt das Gerät ca. 100kg. Zu zweit und mit Traghilfen haben wir es geschafft das Gerät in den 1. Stock zu tragen (einfach ist anders). Dafür steht der EX90 Plus am Ende stabil und sicher, auch beim Training. Final montiert wirkt der Crosstrainer hochwertig und massiv, die gewählte Hammerschlag-Optik ist sehr gelungen und verleiht dem Gerät eine hochwertige, geradezu Fitnessstudio taugliche Optik. Jetzt wirkt er wie ein Möbelstück im Raum und nicht wie ein Fitnessgerät verloren im Raum. Das Training ist angenehmer als mit seinem Vorgänger, anders als bei den auf dem Markt üblichen Geräten, kann beim EX90 Plus die Schrittlänge durch den Benutzer individuell angepasst werden, so ist es möglich, zum Aufwärmen ähnlich einem Stepper kurze Schritte zu machen und während des Trainings eine Schrittlänge des Laufens zu nutzen. Auch der Cool down kann dann im Schritttempo mit entsprechender Schrittlänge erfolgen. Das ist ein Feature, was den EX90 für uns echt unverzichtbar macht. Jetzt erfolgt das Training mit Spaß und Laune worauf wir Lust haben, morgens 30 Minuten walken oder 20 Minuten Laufen. Entspannt 8km gehen oder intensiv 5km laufen, alles machbar, alles mit einem Gerät. Das Display ist gut lesbar und verständlich strukturiert. Warum 4 Sterne und nicht 5? Nun, zum einen muss immer Luft nach oben sein, zum anderen finde ich es für ein Gerät, dass 2.999,00 € UVP kostet, unverständlich, dass dieses keine Bluetooth-Schnittstelle hat. Eine App-Connectivität wäre ideal. Kinomap wird bei der Variante EX90 Plus Touch angeboten, leider auf einer Android-Plattform (Upgrade fähig?).
