The bezeichnung offers a varied workout with 15 resistance adjustments and 10 settings. A 14kg flywheel ensures an even, joint-friendly movement. Thanks to individual user memory, 4 people can access their personal data when training with the Kettler Optima 400 Crosstrainer.

Training computer

Kettler Optima 400's training computer is extremely easy to use and clearly shows you your training data, such as time, distance, calorie consumption, etc. For a particularly effective workout, use the target zone function of the Kettler Optima 400 elliptical cross trainer . With your specifications, you determine an optimal heart rate range for your chosen training objective (e.g. fat burning). If you leave this heart rate range during training, the training computer will alert you to this with an audiovisual signal. The heart rate is measured via the Optima 400's hand pulse sensors or via an optional chest strap.

The adjustable treads and smartphone / tablet holder round off the Optima 400's qualities and ensure optimum training comfort.

The guarantee is valid in terms of the general statutory provisions for the end user.

Ich habe den Crosstrainer als Frau alleine zusammengebaut. Das war nicht sehr einfach, man sollte zu zweit sein und ganz wichtig, die Muttern sollten gut festgezogen werden mit einer Ratsche, damit nichts locker ist am Ende. Der Crosstrainer ist wirklich Top, ich kann ihn sehr weiterempfehlen. Sehr leise und angenehme Verwendung, perfekt für häufiges Training zu Hause. Top technischer Kundenservice, hatte sofort Lösung bei Fragen zum Aufbau!
